Tenacis series
"Tenacis" is an epoxy resin composition with a high concentrated milled carbon fiber. Since it shows good flowability at ambient temperature, it can be easily molded into complicated shapes. The obtained cured product is as strong as aluminum and can be reduced in weight by less than half. Since the coefficient of thermal expansion is low and the dimensional stability is excellent, it is possible to produce high-strength, lightweight, and precise three-dimensional molded products, not possible with conventional resins.
